Mine Little Crafty Equestrian Housing Information

(Originally by Haven Splendor)
(This is legit just his post, but with updated commands)

1. Inside Equestria, you are limited to 2 properties. We have removed pre-set labels to properties (shop, house, both), so you are free to determine what your property's role will serve. If for some reason we find you end up with more properties than this, we will have to get that number down to the limit.

2. Rent properties by right clicking the rent signs outside of a property.

3. Equestrian housing exteriors must remain in theme with the area they're located in. If we find you've modified your home's exterior in a way that breaks theme, we will have to get it back in theme. Sometimes you may not actually be able to modify your exterior at all, due to what parts of your home was included in your home's region.

4. You can have room mates. With the rental system adding a room mate to your home is as simple as typing "/as AddFriend (IGN) (Region-Name)".

5. If you fail to renew your rent for 42 days, you will risk losing your property. We are not responsible for your items and their loss if you are evicted.

6. To unrent, type "/as unrent (Region-Name)" and then do it again when asked for confirmation.

Is it allowed to dig below your property? For example, to create basement floors for a shop?

Some properties don't allow you to edit the floor, much less make a basement.

All right. At most, I might make 2 levels below ground. Most likely just one.

And of course, I will retain the style of the rest of the house.

Question about the housing, for stalliongrad, it says something about having a sign in the kremlin, how is that supposed to work?
